When I first began my adventure with fitness I was anything but the picture of health. I was extremely overweight and I realized quickly how much of a toll it took on my mental health as well as daily lifestyle. It came to a point where I stopped being around family and friends because of how self conscious I became. I knew it was time to do something about it. I've since then immersed my health by losing over 100 pounds naturally and have never regretted it.
I did, However have many ups and downs. Its taken years of trial and error to make the necessary changes for continued progress. Educating myself about the benefits of High Intensity Training along with Metabolic Training and Strength Training has entirely transformed my body as well as my mind. The best part about that is that there is minimal to NO equipment necessary depending on your target area and goals!
